YouTuber and lawyer Law By Mike has announced plans to sue Roblox over child safety concerns, teaming up with the legal team behind well-known Roblox predator catcher Schlep.
In a video titled “We’re Suing Roblox,” Law By Mike claimed that Roblox has failed to protect children on the platform. He cited an existing lawsuit from earlier this year involving a minor identified as DH. That case alleged Roblox marketed itself as a safe digital playground while failing to stop adults from contacting children.
The announcement of his lawsuit follows weeks of controversy surrounding the Roblox platform and how they’ve handled the Schlep situation. Schlep built a large audience by posting videos in which he confronted alleged predators he found on Roblox. However, in August 2025, his account was banned by Roblox, with the platform citing violations regarding their “vigilante group policies.”
Law By Mike plans to sue Roblox
According to Law By Mike, the company has not invested enough in moderation compared to its large user base. He said he would work with Schlep’s lawyers to bring new cases forward and invited others with similar experiences to contact his firm.
Schlep confirmed the partnership on social media but clarified that he has not filed a lawsuit himself. His first post read, “You guys asked for it, Law by Mike is teaming up with my lawyers.”
Is Schlep suing Roblox?
No, Schlep is not personally suing Roblox at this time.
Schlep confirmed the partnership on social media but clarified that he has not filed a lawsuit himself. He first posted, “You guys asked for it, Law by Mike is teaming up with my lawyers.” Later, he issued a correction: “Correction regarding Law By Mike’s new video: No lawsuit filed yet. Right now my priority is child safety…” Law By Mike also clarified in the comments under his video that Schlep has not yet filed a lawsuit.
Law By Mike directed viewers to IThinkIHaveACase.com, encouraging anyone who believes they may have been a victim on Roblox to contact his firm.
