YouTuber Jon Prosser has published a new video claiming to show Apple’s foldable iPhone, despite currently being involved in a lawsuit from Apple over previous leaks.
Prosser, who was sued by Apple in July after leaking details related to iOS 26 and the Liquid Glass design language, shared a video on Christmas Eve featuring high-quality 3D renders of what he says is Apple’s first foldable iPhone. The device is not expected to be announced until next year.
In the video, Prosser says the foldable iPhone will launch next fall alongside the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max.
According to him, the device will feature a 5.5-inch external display with a hole-punch camera, while the internal folding display will measure 7.8 inches and include a hole-punch camera positioned in the upper left corner.
Prosser claims foldable iPhone specs and design details
The renders show a dual-camera system mounted on an oblong camera plateau similar in shape to the one used on the iPhone Air, with an LED flash placed on the opposite side. Prosser also claims the device will measure 9mm thick when folded, suggesting each half would be roughly 4.5mm thick.
Those dimensions broadly align with earlier reports about the foldable iPhone’s footprint. However, they conflict with a recent leak that suggested the external display would be closer to 5.25 inches, smaller than the display on the iPhone 13 mini.
Prosser’s renders depict a device that appears wider than it is tall when folded and unfolded. When compared side by side with Google’s first-generation Pixel Fold, the design appears similar in overall proportions, including the placement of the hole-punch cameras.
Other reports have previously claimed that Apple could use an under-display camera for the internal folding screen, a feature not shown in Prosser’s renders.
A foldable iPhone has been in the rumor mill for years now, with previous leaks showing a clamshell device like the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip phones instead of the book-style that Prosser shared in his video.
