If you’re an unlucky soul who couldn’t get a date for Valentine’s Day, Wendy’s has your back with a $1 Dave’s Single cheeseburger for Singles Awareness Day.
Being single can be tough if you’re someone who craves companionship and doesn’t have $173K to spend on a Chinese AI robot. That’s where Wendy’s comes into play.
The burger chain has announced that on February 15, it’ll give singles something to celebrate in the form of a special cheeseburger deal.
The best part? Unlike a fancy Valentine’s date night where you’d likely spend hundreds of dollars, Wendy’s offer just costs you a single $1.
Wendy’s reveals $1 cheeseburger for hungry singles after Valentine’s Day
According to Wendy’s, the special deal is only available on February 15 and must be accompanied by a purchase.
The special deal for a $1 Dave’s Single will appear in the Wendy’s app.
“Forget the drama, the ghosting, the ‘left on read’ texts. At Wendy’s, we’ve got something that actually shows up: a Dave’s Single, reliable since 1969 because it never disappoints,” the chain explained.
While Wendy’s is celebrating singles, other chains are going all in on couples with their own unique offers.
McDonald’s announced a limited-time Valentine’s Day stunt that pairs its Chicken McNuggets with high-end caviar through kits sent to customers online.
Meanwhile, Denny’s is offering couples in Las Vegas the chance to get married for free at its Fremont Street restaurant.
If you’re getting over a break-up, then in addition to our $1 cheeseburger, you could also use a new program from Angry Orchard that lets you trade in your ex’s belongings for money that can be used toward a new case of cider.
