A delivery driver has gone viral after being chased by a gang of wild turkeys, claiming that he “can’t deal with this” as they approached his van.

Delivery drivers have plenty of obstacles to face when they’re out and about doing their job. They’ve got the weather to contend with, if you’re not home then they may have to organize a re-delivery, and other issues like the GPS leading them into the sea.

On top of all those, they’ll regularly tell you to put away your pets – just so they don’t get chased down the path by a security dog.

However, in the case of one UPS delivery driver in Branford, Connecticut, it wasn’t a dog that he had to deal with, but rather a gang of wild turkeys who wouldn’t leave him alone.

The videos of the driver has gone viral on TikTok after being posted by TikToker hindy007 back on February 15. In one of the clips, the driver can be seen running away while the theme song from Jackass plays in the background.

In another clip, the driver can be heard asking for help from passersby, calling the turkeys “so mean” after they approached his van and cornered him in.

“They’ve been chasing me,” he yelled out before he managed to drop off one parcel and run back to his van while the turkeys chased after him. “I’m 40 years old, I can’t deal with this! God damn it, come on!”

The clip has been re-shared by numerous accounts on social media, including the New York Post on X (formerly Twitter), racking up around 1 million views.

“They know what you did last Thanksgiving,” one viewer joked. “Hey UPS, your guy deserves hazard pay for the hostile work environment,” another added.“It’s gets funnier each time I watch it and I’ve watched it about 20 times,” another chimed in.
