Twitch streamer RayAsianBoy has apologized to Ironmouse for their “uncomfortable” interaction at The Streamer Awards, promising to never interact with her again.
QTCinderella’s annual Streamer Awards were held on December 7, celebrating some of Twitch’s biggest moments and stars of the last 12 months. Kai Cenat scooped up four awards for his Mafiathon 3, while IShowSpeed claimed Streamer of the Year honors.
In the fallout of the event, VTubing star Ironmouse said that she was made to feel “uncomfortable” by IRL streamers RayAsianBoy and RaKai with “invasive” questions about her real-life looks.
“I will tell you, one hundred percent, I was very uncomfortable, to the point where I was shaking. I already knew that I was gonna get asked something terrible. I knew they were gonna say something rude to me,” the VTuber said during her December 11 stream.
Ray offers apology to Ironmouse
Ray has since taken to his own Twitch channel to apologize to the VTuber. “If I got you feeling uncomfortable and s*it, I apologize. At the end of the day, I feel like, what did we do?” he said.
“All jokes aside, I thought it was just a normal conversation. I thought we cool, Ironmouse. What’s up? We cool, you feel me? Like, what the f*ck? If I got you feeling uncomfortable, I’m sorry bro. I’m sorry I got you uncomfortable, bro.”
He added to that apology but further apologizing, also promised not to interact with her again moving forward.
“I hope you’re doing good at your home and I hope you’re doing better. Everything is straight positive. We like you, you’re a cool person,” he added. Ray also urged his viewers not to send Ironmouse clips in his chat.

Ironmouse has been caught up in other drama following the Streamer Awards. She stepped in to defend TheBurntPeanut after he won VTuber of the Year, which caused some anger within the VTubing community.
