TGI Friday’s is tapping into the viral “six seven” meme with a new limited-time promotion tied directly to the trend.
The restaurant chain has launched the “6-7 Kids Club,” a nationwide offer running through December 31 at participating locations. The promotion gives kids a free Kid’s Dessert with the purchase of any Kid’s Meal between 6 pm and 7 p.m.
Young diners can choose between a Kid’s Sundae or a Holiday Hot Cocoa & Cookies as part of the deal.
Other major food brands have also joined the six-seven trend
The “six seven” meme gained traction among kids on TikTok and is commonly linked to the song Doot Doot (6 7) by Skrilla. The phrase has also been associated with NBA player LaMelo Ball, who is listed at 6 feet 7 inches tall.
TGI Friday’s is not alone in adopting the trend. Wendy’s launched a one-day nationwide deal on November 28, offering Small Frosty desserts for 67 cents both in-store and online. From November 29 through December 7, the same deal was available for mobile and online orders placed through the Wendy’s app.
Earlier in November, Pizza Hut rolled out a two-day “6 7 Menu” that priced boneless wings at 67 cents each. Domino’s featured its own promotion that same week, offering a large one-topping pizza for $6.70.
In-N-Out Burger took a different approach by removing the number “67” from its ticket order system.
