Taco Bell is launching a new value-focused menu nationwide later in January, adding 10 items priced at $3 or less as part of its new Luxe Value Menu.

The Luxe Value Menu arrives at U.S. locations on January 22 and includes five new menu items alongside five returning value favorites. The launch replaces Taco Bell’s existing Cravings Value Menu and signals a renewed push around low-cost offerings in 2026.

Taco Bell Rewards members will be able to access the full menu early, starting January 16, through the Taco Bell app, including mobile orders, drive-thru check-in, and in-store kiosks.

The Luxe Value Menu features five new items priced between $1.99 and $2.99, along with five returning fan favorites, all capped at $3 or less.

New additions include the Mini Taco Salad, Beefy Potato Loaded Griller, Chips and Nacho Supreme Dip, Avocado Ranch Chicken Stacker, and a limited-time Salted Caramel Churros dessert.

The returning lineup includes the Cheesy Roll Up, Spicy Potato Soft Taco, Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, 3 Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt, and Cheesy Double Beef Burrito, with prices starting at $1.19.

Taco Bell also confirmed that new items will rotate into the Luxe Value Menu throughout the year rather than remaining a fixed lineup.

To support the launch, the chain is offering a one-day app-exclusive promotion on January 27, allowing 30,000 Taco Bell Rewards members to purchase a Luxe Value Menu item for $1 on a first-come, first-served basis.

This announcement comes just a week after Taco Bell revealed its collab with Miniverse to turn fan-favorite meals into miniature toys.
