Taco Bell is bringing back its Crispy Chicken Nuggets as part of a new push around its growing chicken lineup, alongside the debut of a new dipping sauce created with Hidden Valley Ranch.
The return comes one year after Taco Bell began expanding deeper into crispy chicken, a move the company says has resulted in more than 70 million crispy chicken menu items sold since launch.
The latest release pairs the returning nuggets with Hidden Valley Diablo Ranch Sauce, a new collaboration that combines ranch dressing with Taco Bell’s Diablo sauce.
Taco Bell says the Crispy Chicken Nuggets are made with all white meat chicken and coated in a tortilla chip flaked breading designed to deliver extra crunch. The nuggets are positioned as part of the brand’s broader effort to establish crispy chicken as a permanent category on its menu.
A year into Taco Bell’s crispy chicken expansion
According to Taco Bell, crispy chicken items accounted for nearly a quarter of all new customers brought into the brand in 2025. The company says the nuggets quickly developed a strong following after their original debut, helping reinforce Taco Bell’s push into chicken-focused offerings.
Here’s how you can buy Taco Bell’s Crispy Chicken Nuggets:

- 10-piece Crispy Chicken Nuggets: Just the nuggets with the choice of two sauces

“Over the past year, our crispy chicken has built a loyal fanbase faster than we could’ve imagined, and we’re just getting started,” said Liz Matthews, Taco Bell’s Global Chief Food Innovation Officer, “Bringing back Crispy Chicken Nuggets while leveling up our collab with Hidden Valley Ranch is our way of doubling down on what fans are clearly craving: big flavor, bold heat, and unexpected twists that only Taco Bell can deliver.”
