Fans were stunned after famous streamer IShowSpeed defeated 2024 Olympic gold medalist Letsile Tebogo in a 100 meter dash.

IShowSpeed is once again shocking the internet with his athletic talents after going head to head against a former Olympic athlete in his latest feat of physical prowess.

The streamer is known for his absurd athletic abilities, most famously jumping over two oncoming sports cars back-to-back in August 2024. In fact, he’s so talented that he’s been praised by major figures like NBA star Kevin Durant and WWE legend John Cena, and even managed to keep up with Olympic sprinter Noah Lyles in a footrace.

He’s putting his skills to the test in his January 2026 tour across Africa, where he met up with Botswana sprinter Letsile Tebogo. Tebogo famously took home the gold medal for the 200 meter dash at the 2024 Olympics, bringing home Botswana’s first-ever Olympic gold.

If that wasn’t impressive enough, he’s also held the world U20 record for the 100 meter dash since April 2022, and is the first man from his country to break the 10-second barrier (that is, completing the 100 meter dash in under 10 seconds).

However, Tebogo might have his work cut out for him with IShowSpeed, as the streamer challenged him to the 100 meter dash as part of his tour across Africa.

IShowSpeed keeps up with Olympic sprinter Letsile Tebogo

Crowds huddled around the track as the two stars raced down the straightaway, with Speed appearing to easily outpace and overtake Tebogo to win the competition at the ten-second mark in a video going viral on social media.

“I won that, though!” Speed boasted, with Tebogo saying he’d let him “take the win.”

Some viewers argued that Tebogo was taking it easy against his opponent and had slipped at the very beginning of the race, but Speed’s ability to keep pace with another Olympic athlete is turning heads online regardless.

“That’s the reason why he’s called ‘Speed,’ not ‘Slow,’” one user joked on X.

“Speed is built different, man,” another remarked. “How does he even find time to train?”

“You can tell he let him win,” yet another argued.

This is the second jaw-dropping achievement from Speed during his trip across Africa after he managed to keep up with an actual cheetah, despite the big cat injuring his leg with its claw beforehand.
