Popular content creator CouRageJD is coming to Fortnite as an Icon Series skin, alongside his dog Louis, who is set to become the first-ever Icon sidekick.
Fortnite has a long history of collaborating with big-name streamers and creators. As part of the Icon Series of skins, Ninja arrived all the way back in 2020, with the likes of Mr Beast, Kai Cenat, and Nick Eh 30 have been given their own in-game characters.
Now, 100 Thieves co-owner Jack “CouRageJD” Dunlop is joining this illustrious list, after he announced that both he and his dog are joining the action.
CouRageJD & his dog Louis are coming to Fortnite
The teasing all started on December 5, when the official Fortnite X account shared a post confirming that Louis, CouRageJD’s five-month-old puppy, is coming as a Sidekick. Not only will this make the adorable pup the youngest member of the collection, but it’s also the first time a Sidekick has been added to the Icon Series.
His owner displayed his best acting skills, responding: “My 5-month-old puppy is getting an ICON skin before I do lol I’m fine lol hahahaha lol.”
But it didn’t take long for him to get his wish, as on December 7, a second teaser video showed Courage in the middle of a therapy session with Fortnite mascot Peeley. While he rambled on about being attacked by 50 SypherPK skins, the giant banana subtly turned his notepad around to reveal the streamer’s skin.
CouRageJD followed this with his own short video, which featured a host of other Icon Series skins, before ending with the outline of his own skin.
The full reveal is due to take place on Monday, December 8, 2025, at 11 AM PST, when we’ll get our first in-depth look at the skin, as well as an announcement of when both he and Louis will arrive on the Fortnite store.
