Twitch star StableRonaldo has hit back at Kick boss Eddie Craven over claims he has used view bots to inflate his success and popularity.

View-botting has long been a hot topic when it comes to streaming. Initially, trolls used view bots to get streamers in trouble, seeing as it is against the rules to artificially inflate their viewer and follower counts, but there have been suggestions that creators have also been using them purposefully, too.

On February 14, in the wake of claims that Twitch had “randomly” taken away the 70/30 split of streamers, Kick CEO Ed Craven accused StableRonaldo of being a “pretty big” viewbotter. “That guy is like a crazy botter, isn’t he? All those FaZe guys were botting like 90% of their numbers,” Craven added, claiming FaZe Lacy had “100 real viewers” on Kick.

“I remember they came to Kick, and there was this time when a few of them came over and we were like, yeah, right, now we see you.”

StableRonaldo responds to Kick Eddie over viewbotter claims

The clip got onto Ronaldo’s radar, who admitted it was a “compliment” to be called a viewbotter.

“Honestly, I think being called a botter is a compliment. Bro, I have to be doing so good that you have to call me that and accuse me of that. Honestly, I want to say thank you,” he said.

“I think it is extremely crazy and unprofessional, just being honest with you. A CEO of a platform, right, that wants to succeed is going on a podcast saying this. Just want to point out, that’s why your platform is never going to be anything. It’s just the truth.

“If I’m a big botter, Eddie, why did you and your team at Kick offer me millions and millions and millions of dollars?”

StableRonaldo shows off Twitch revenue for 2026

The former FaZe Clan star added that he was “confused” by the claims, and that signing a “botter” would have been a “waste of money” on Kick’s part.

Ronaldo also showed off his revenue for the start of 2026, revealing he’s made over $350,000 already. “Wouldn’t I viewbot my revenue too, every single day? Wouldn’t I cheat the system? Ask streamers who you think have view bots to show their revenue,” he said.

The drama over the 70/30 split has reignited the feud between Twitch and Kick, with Twitch’s Head of Community, Merry Kish, poking fun at Kick’s 95/5 split.

“95/5 of bots is still $0,” she posted on X.
