Popeyes has teamed up with Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 for a limited-time menu built around the film’s Freddy Fazbear universe.
The collaboration launched on Monday, November 17, at participating restaurants across the United States, marking the first time the chain has released a themed menu tied to the franchise.
The Freddy Fazbear Crunch Menu brings items inspired by Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria into Popeyes kitchens. Fans can choose between two box meals built around garlic parmesan chicken tenders and Cheesy Bites, along with a few standalone snacks tied to the promotion.
The Freddy Fazbear Deluxe Box includes three classic or spicy chicken tenders coated in garlic parmesan rub, warm garlic-crusted Cheesy Bites with marinara, a Cupcake Cup, and a drink.
The regular Freddy Fazbear Box features the same tenders and Cheesy Bites but does not include the dessert or beverage.
Several items are also available as a standalone purchase. The Cheesy Bites with marinara cost $3.99, while the Cupcake Cup is also priced at $3.99.
Popeyes VP of Culinary Amy Alarcon said the team looked to capture the energy of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria while adapting it to the chain’s menu, emphasizing bold flavors and references tied to the film world.
Popeyes is releasing exclusive sticker packs featuring characters from the movie at select locations in limited quantities. Once supplies run out, they won’t be restocked.
Back in September, Popeyes collaborated with YouTube’s Hot Ones series for a menu that included the show’s most famous and hottest sauce.
