Plaqueboymax has responded after America’s Next Top Model contestant Keenyah Hill suggested she could take legal action following an interaction that took place during his IRL livestream.
Hill approached Max while he was streaming on Twitch and began speaking with him on camera. After chatting, she asked him for a “smooch” on the cheek as he was getting ready to leave. Max declined and walked away, and the moment was captured live, clipped and shared.
Hill later went live on Instagram and said “I told you guys very clearly, ‘please don’t use that footage’” – despite the interaction occurring during an IRL livestream.
“I asked you not to use that footage. Not only did you use the footage, but out of everybody there – you talked to a lot of people, we heard you a mile away – that was the only footage you used.
“I don’t have time to take you to court, but I dare you to try me. Because now you are taking up my time. The three minutes it has taken to post this, I could have been making money.
In another clip, Hill said she didn’t know who Max was, but that “he walked away from me so disrespectfully, and it doesn’t matter about America’s Next Top Model, you don’t ever depart from a real woman in that nature. Ever.”
Max responds to Keenyah Hill
Max responded on his own livestream. Addressing the situation directly, he said, “You wanted me to kiss you on your cheek. Because you saw I was lit, you saw I was getting nominated, you wanted to steal my cameraman. I didn’t want to kiss you, and after I didn’t want to kiss you, now you’re threatening to sue me. What the f**k are we talking about.”
“I didn’t want those cheeks. I didn’t want those lips. I wasn’t trying to do that.”
The clips have circulated widely across TikTok and X, prompting debate over Hill’s reaction and whether any legal dispute will follow. No formal action has been reported so far.
