MrBeast is partnering with iconic anime series Naruto Shippuden to release a special line of merchandise in what YouTube star calls a “full circle” moment for his career.
Jimmy ‘MrBeast‘ Donaldson is a self-proclaimed anime die-hard, citing One Piece, Attack on Titan, and Naruto as some of his favorite series.
He famously opened up about his love for anime on social media in January 2026, and just over a month later, he’s taking that passion to a new level.
MrBeast drops Naruto merch collab after anime debate goes viral
MrBeast has joined forces with anime distributor VIZ Media to unleash a new line of merchandise in collaboration with Naruto Shippuden, bringing together YouTube’s most-subscribed creator and one of the most legendary series in anime history.
The limited-edition merch line includes T-shirts, jackets, hoodies, ball caps, and sweaters, combining MrBeast’s branding with Naruto’s beloved cast of characters.
Fans can cop this collab starting Monday, February 16, at 9 AM PT on the store’s official website. To celebrate, MrBeast is holding a series of fan-focused activations throughout the year, with more details to be revealed in the coming weeks.
“This is a full-circle moment for me,” MrBeast admitted. “I grew up watching Naruto. It’s a story about starting from nothing, working hard, and never quitting. Those themes shaped how I think about creating and building. Partnering with Naruto is honestly surreal.”
MrBeast calls this collaboration with Naruto a “full circle” moment in his career.
“MrBeast and Naruto are global forces, each with an unparalleled ability to inspire and engage passionate fandoms,” Simon Chin, VIZ Media’s Senior Manager of Business Development added.
“Naruto’s enduring message of overcoming adversity through strengthening your community is a natural fit with MrBeast’s mission to uplift and give back, bringing that same spirit to a new generation. We couldn’t be more thrilled to partner on this collaboration.”
MrBeast’s love of anime has been a subject of debate online, with detractors calling him a “fake” fan after he notoriously misnamed classic anime space opera ‘Legend of the Galactic Heroes’ as ‘Guardians of the Galactic Heroes’ in a tweet proving how much anime he’s watched.
And before that, MrBeast had some harsh words for those who doubted his status as a veteran weeb, saying in an interview, “I’ve been tweeting about anime before some of you were born.”
