McDonald’s has revealed a new lineup of Changeables Happy Meal toys and confirmed a January 27 rollout through a series of social media posts and promotional images.

The fast food chain first announced the drop on January 21, writing, “1.27 something from deep in the multiverse is coming to ur Happy Meal,” alongside a short video. A follow up post later featured full artwork for the collection with the message, “The Changeables want to show u their world 1.27,” and included a clear launch date.

Additional images published by McDonald’s show the toys transforming between box shaped containers and character forms, each paired with fictional names, “fun facts,” and catchphrases. Small print on the cards states the figures will be available at participating McDonald’s locations for a limited time while supplies last, with one toy per Happy Meal.

The Changeables originally debuted in McDonald’s Happy Meals in the late 1980s, featuring toys that transformed between everyday menu items like burgers, fries, and shakes into robot-style characters. Fans have been waiting for the company to bring these toys back for decades, and they’re finally here.
