The creator has built a large presence on TikTok through short educational videos that simplify professional development and career paths. His Creator of the Year win marks his biggest recognition to date.
The win comes after several years of nominations. In a celebratory video, Klymenko shared clips of past TikTok Awards moments when he didn’t take home the trophy, followed by highlights from his signature Career Ladder uploads.
He captioned the post with a message to his audience: “NOTHING is out of reach” along with thanks to his team, family, friends, and followers.
Career Ladder creator earns top TikTok honor
Klymenko’s award follows a year of strong engagement across his content, with Career Ladder continuing to trend across For You Pages in the UK and internationally.
He regularly receives several million views per video and has nearly 9M followers on TikTok alone. His announcement video received over 12M views, and has almost 12k people in the comments sharing their love for Max.
