Liquid Death is entering the energy drink space with its new Sparkling Energy line built around light caffeine, low calories and natural sweeteners.
The drinks were originally announced in July and slated for a January launch, but Liquid Death has dropped the lineup early on Amazon.
The release arrives as energy drink demand continues climbing across retail, with brands pushing lower-calorie and cleaner ingredient formulas to reach broader audiences. Liquid Death has been expanding beyond water in recent years with teas and special collabs like Fruity Pebbles and Feastables Peanut Butter Cup water.
Four flavors and a low-caffeine formula
The Sparkling Energy line launches with four flavors. Murder Mystery blends cherry, spice and vanilla. Scary Strawberry adds a lemon note. Tropical Terror mixes pineapple with coconut. Orange Horror pairs orange with vanilla.
Each 12-ounce can contains 100 milligrams of caffeine sourced from coffee beans. The recipe uses stevia and allulose instead of sucralose, aspartame, or erythritol. Every can has five calories and includes vitamins B12 and C, L-theanine, and magnesium.
The entire lineup is live on Amazon for $24.99 per 12 pack, and Liquid Death says retailers like Walmart, Target, and Albertsons will later carry single cans and variety packs sometime in December.
This launch comes just days after Monster revealed Flrt, a female-focused energy drink with 200mg of caffeine.
