KFC is ringing in New Year’s Eve with a food promotion that combines fried chicken, caviar, and sparkling wine.

The fast food chain has announced a buy-one-get-one-free deal on its 8-piece Fried Chicken Bucket, available exclusively to KFC Rewards members just in time for December 31.

The offer arrives as more Americans opt to celebrate New Year’s Eve at home, with takeout and delivery replacing crowded parties and large public events.

KFC launches NYE BOGO bucket tied to caviar trend

KFC’s New Year’s Eve promotion gives rewards members a BOGO 8-piece Fried Chicken Bucket featuring dark meat only. The deal is available through the KFC app and KFC.com.

The brand is leaning into the growing high-low food trend, where luxury items like caviar are paired with comfort foods such as fried chicken. The pairing has gained traction across social media throughout 2025, just like the 6-7 trend that other fast food restaurants have taken part in.

KFC curated the at-home experience as part of a collaboration with The Caviar Co. and sparkling wine brand Luc Belaire, encouraging fans to build their own New Year’s Eve spread.

According to the company, the goal is to give customers an easy way to elevate their at-home celebrations without complicated planning.

“We’re seeing a real appetite for playful, high-low food moments,” said Melissa Cash, KFC U.S. CMO. “As fried chicken and caviar take over social feeds, our BOGO buckets give fans an easy, affordable way to try the trend at home.”

The promotion suggests pairing the fried chicken with caviar from The Caviar Co. and sparkling wine from Luc Belaire, though customers can choose their own accompaniments.

The BOGO Fried Chicken Bucket offer is available for a limited time around New Year’s Eve and requires KFC Rewards membership to redeem.

This isn’t the first holiday-focused deal KFC has launched in 2025, either, as they revealed the ‘Cluck Turkey’ campaign alongside a $25 Thanksgiving dinner that came with a flight of three different gravies.
