KFC is going all-in on pickles with a new menu across Canada that includes sandwiches, fries, and even a pickle-flavored Pepsi.

The chain announced its biggest-ever lineup of pickle products, aiming squarely at fans of the salty snack. Jordan Sequeira, KFC Canada’s senior marketing manager, called the launch “pure pickle bliss.”

“It’s bold, it’s over-the-top, and it’s packed with flavor,” Sequeira said.

“Pickles are having a major cultural moment, and we wanted to serve up something that celebrates that obsession in the most craveable way possible.”

The Pickled Menu is only available in Canada… at least, for now.

KFC Canada doubles down on pickles

The centerpiece of the lineup is the Pickle Sandwich, which layers triple-breaded fried chicken with crispy pickle slices, mayonnaise, bread and butter pickles, and a sprinkle of dill seasoning.

For those after something sharable, the new Loaded Pickle Fries upgrade KFC’s classic fries with pickle bits, mayo, and dill seasoning. There’s also a side of Fried Pickle Chips, served hot and crunchy with ranch for dipping.

And because all that salty snacking calls for a drink, KFC has partnered with Pepsi to deliver a one-of-a-kind Pickle Pepsi (with a splash of brine) described by the brand as “bold, weird, and unexpectedly delicious.”

This latest launch follows a string of eccentric KFC experiments. Earlier this year, the chain unveiled fried chicken-flavored toothpaste and teamed with Hackney Gelato to turn its iconic gravy into a frozen dessert.
