TikTok star HSTikkyTokky has dodged a prison sentence after crashing his $300,000 McLaren, fleeing the scene, skipping court, and spending more than a year on the run before finally being arrested overseas.

Sullivan, known for his viral TikTok content and Kick streams, crashed his McLaren 720S at high speed in March 2024 before abandoning both the wrecked supercar and his injured friend General G at the scene. Footage of the aftermath went viral, showing the totaled vehicle smoking on the curb and General G lying on the ground.

He later skipped a UK court hearing in November that year, reportedly flying to Qatar for a Misfits boxing match that never materialized. Police issued a warrant, and the manhunt stretched on until October 2025, when Surrey Police confirmed Sullivan had been detained in Spain.

His arrest stemmed from a separate nightclub incident where he was accused of attacking a man with a glass bottle. The alleged assault caused a tear to the victim’s jugular and required emergency surgery.

Spanish authorities say Sullivan had been openly posting videos of himself driving around Marbella without a licence, which helped them track him down.

On November 14, Sullivan, who had already pleaded guilty, appeared at Staines Magistrates’ Court wearing a grey prison tracksuit. He was handed a one-year suspended sentence, meaning he will avoid jail time as long as he doesn’t reoffend. He has also been banned from driving for two years.

The influencer will be subject to an electronic tag for three months, must complete 300 hours of unpaid work, and is required to attend 30 days of rehabilitation activity.

The judge called the TikToker’s actions a “deliberate decision to ignore the rules of the road,” but refused to hand out a harsh sentence in order to set an example to the influencer’s followers.

In a letter to the judge, Sullivan wrote: “Spreading a positive message and helping people less fortunate than myself, that’s what makes me the happiest.”

The prosecution is seeking £18,049.47 (around $24,000 USD) from Sullivan to cover the chartered flight used to bring him back to the UK. A costs hearing is scheduled for January 15.

It remains unclear whether he will be extradited back to Spain to face trial for the nightclub incident.
