Hatsune Miku and Pokemon are teaming up to deliver their first-ever crossover concert, bringing both franchises together for an electrifying show.

Virtual idol Hatsune Miku is keeping the collabs coming – already in 2025, she’s been the face of an ASUS ROG gaming PC setup, appeared as a skin in Fortnite, and even hit cinema screens with her very own movie.

She has also just wrapped up her Magical Mirai 2025 tour, which celebrated her 13th anniversary with concerts across Japan, and marked her 18th birthday on August 31.

Now, during the second anniversary of the Pokemon feat. Hatsune Miku Project VOLTAGE collaboration, Miku and Pokemon have announced their first-ever live crossover concert.

Hatsune Miku & Pokemon team up for live concert

The show, titled Pokémon feat. Hatsune Miku VOLTAGE Live!, will take place at LaLa arena Tokyo Bay in Chiba, Japan, from March 20 to March 22, 2026. The reveal came with a new promotional trailer, which featured both Meloetta’s Aria Forme and Pikachu.

Not to be outdone by Meloetta’s signing, Miku floats down from the stage and joins forces with the Normal/Psychic ‘mon.

While the concert isn’t until next year, the official announcement states that there will be performances across three days, with both daytime and evening shows. It will also feature 3D appearances from Hatsune Miku alongside fellow Piapro Characters Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, Megurine Luka, MEIKO, KAITO, and an appearance from Kasane Teto.

From the Pokemon side, Pikachu and Meloetta will take part in the show, with additional Pokemon expected to make an appearance.

Meanwhile, the setlist will span the Pokémon feat. Hatsune Miku Project VOLTAGE songs, as well as tracks from the Project VOLTAGE High continuation.

Tickets will be distributed via a lottery system beginning September 1, 2025. Prices range from $26 USD (¥3,900) to $94 USD (¥13,900), while special Pokemon × Hatsune Miku merchandise tied to the event will also be available at Pokemon Center stores across Japan.

You can read more about the event and ticket prices by heading over to the official Project Voltage site.
