Hatsune Miku’s merch universe just took a spicy turn as the virtual idol is now the face of her own exclusive hot sauce.
Hatsune Miku has fronted sold-out virtual concerts, starred in global brand collabs, and built one of the most recognizable fandoms in anime culture, and now she’s adding hot sauce to the list.
The digital pop star has teamed up with Jade City Foods on an official five-sauce hot sauce collection that aims to bring a little heat to Miku fans’ dishes.
As revealed on the official website, the range comes in five distinct flavours, ranging from mild to blow your socks off spicy.
Miku hot sauce aims to give your meals a kick
On the heat front, the Pumpkin Dance sits on the milder end with a gentle kick, while the Water Based Heart brings moderate flavour heat, and Kissed By The Sun blends tropical sweetness with a noticeable punch.
However, things get serious with Chasing Dreams, which features seriously spicy Carolina Reapers, and Hot Hot Heat lives up to its name with a chili extract profile that pushes past the usual 10/10 score, dialing it all the way up to 11.
The five-pack is listed at $75 USD (approx £59), while individual bottles are available for $18 USD (approx £14) through Jade City’s online store.
However, if hot sauce isn’t your thing or you’re just looking for something to take the heat off your tongue, then there’s also a range of Hatsune Miku-branded coffee to sample.
This isn’t the only Hatsune Miku collab we’ve seen, as she recently landed an official car collaboration, became a 2-meter-tall gaming PC, and is hosting a Pokémon-themed concert in March 2026.
