Costco-themed Nike SB Dunks are being sold for thousands of dollars after they quietly dropped in a select number of Costco stores.

Nike has pulled off plenty of collaborations over the years, typically with athletes and celebrities. However, sometimes, they drop a collab with a different brand, too. We’ve seen this with Lego, Patta, and even Louis Vuitton.

Yet, their most recent collaboration came with something completely different – Kirkland Signature and Costco. The collab had been the source of plenty of rumors within the sneakerhead community, with many assuming it was fake. They couldn’t see Nike putting the Costco logo on a shoe.

So, when the Costco Kirkland Signature variant of the Nike SB Dunk Low Pro QS finally dropped at the end of January, fans were quick to get their hands on them. Even though there wasn’t much advertising of the fact.

StockX sellers have Nike Costco dunks up for thousands

Initially, the shoes have only been released in a handful of stores in the United States, so collectors have been forced to hit the resale market to get their hands on the shoes.

The shoes, which were originally priced at $135, are now being listed for thousands on StockX

Asks for some sizes starts at around $600, but a size 7 will cost you $4500, while size 13s are being listed at over $7400. The last sale, however, came at $337 for a size 9. So, there is a big difference in what sellers are asking for and what buyers are prepared to pay.

The most expensive listing is for well over $7000

There have been reports from sneakerheads that the shoes will be restocked by Costco before long, and in an additional number of stores too.

Should that be the case, it would prompt a knock on the resale prices, given that more stock would be available. So, if you’re waiting to add them to your sneaker collection, you might want to hold out a little bit longer.
