Burger King Sri Lanka is celebrating Halloween with a limited-edition twist on its classic lineup. The chain has introduced the Frankenstein Burger, a towering creation that swaps the traditional bun for an eerie green one.
The special burger features double beef patties, chicken bacon, jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Its signature green bun gives the sandwich its Halloween-themed Frankenstein look, making it one of Burger King’s most eye-catching seasonal releases yet.
The Frankenstein Burger (Halloween Edition) is available now for a limited time at Burger King locations across Sri Lanka.
Instagram foodie Snackolator shared the release on his page. He said: “Now *this* looks like a scary burger to eat! Burger King dropped a new Frankenstein Burger in Sri Lanka with a deep green bun and a little spice with some jalapenos. This is not a new flavor, but that color is quite striking.”
Halloween meals all around
The release follows a growing trend of Halloween-themed fast-food promotions around the world. In the US, Burger King rolled out its own Halloween menu featuring themed Whoppers and frozen treats, while McDonald’s brought back its fan-favorite Boo Buckets for the 2025 season.
This year’s collection includes the returning Ghost, Pumpkin, and Goblin designs, along with two new additions: Cat and Zombie. Each bucket features unique expressions, and McDonald’s is including Halloween-themed stickers so fans can decorate their pails.
