Burger King UK has teamed up with Gordon Ramsay to promote a new wagyu burger, available nationwide now for a limited time.
The $15 burger is made with 100% British wagyu beef and has been described by the chain as its most premium burger to date.
The wagyu burger comes in a seeded brioche bun and includes caramelised onion, pink pickled onions, rocket, crispy onions, and a caramelised onion mayo. While Ramsay did not create the recipe, he is fronting the campaign, which runs across TV, social, and digital under the title “Not Made by Gordon.”

Ramsay said the wagyu “tastes flaming great” and praised Burger King for making wagyu beef more accessible to the public. He also highlighted that the burger celebrates British beef farming, with wagyu cattle crossed with British dairy cows and raised on grass-fed herds across 700 UK farms.
“Everyone thinks that we need to draw on Japan for their wagyu, or American wagyu, but to have our own British wagyu? Come on, let’s f**king celebrate!” Ramsay exclaimed.
Burger King UK’s director of food development, Christian Binney, called the wagyu the brand’s most premium burger yet and said having Ramsay’s endorsement is “exciting for us.”
This isn’t the first massive collab Burger King has announced in 2025, either. Back in January, it brought a Naruto-themed meal to the menu in France, and brought the accompanying toys to meals in the United States in July.
